Returns and Refunds

    Exchanges

    Initiating an Exchange

    • To initiate an exchange, please email us at thegroovytrends@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
    • In your email, please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to exchange, and the new item(s) you would like to receive in exchange.

    Exchange Shipping Costs

    • Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs for exchanges.
    • We will cover the shipping costs for sending the new item(s) for the exchange.
    • For exchanges due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped, defective product), we will cover the cost of return shipping. However, if the return or exchange is due to reasons such as a change of mind or ordering the wrong size, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

    Exchange Conditions

    To be eligible for an exchange, items must meet the following criteria:

    1. The exchange request must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the order.
    2. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
    3. Items must be in the same condition as when they were received.
