However, if you face any issue with the product you received (like damage, defect, or incorrect item), please reach out to us within 3 days at thegroovytrends@gmail.com.

🔄 Exchange Policy

We do offer exchanges, but only under certain conditions:

✅ How to Request an Exchange:

  • Email us at thegroovytrends@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Include your Order Number, the item(s) you'd like to exchange, and what you'd like in return (e.g., different size or design).

🔁 Size-Related Exchanges:

  • We offer a one-time exchange only if the problem is with the size.

  • Once a size has been exchanged, further exchanges for the same order won’t be accepted.

  • Please refer to the detailed Size Chart on our website before placing your order to ensure the perfect fit.

🚚 Shipping for Exchange:

  • You cover the cost of shipping the item back to us.

  • We cover the shipping cost for sending the new item to you.

  • If the exchange is due to a mistake on our part (like wrong item or damaged product), we’ll cover all shipping costs.

📦 Conditions for Exchange:

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.

  • The exchange request must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • The item should be in the same condition as delivered.
